We provide small group, whole class and 1:1 support to pupils in schools to ease their secondary transition by increasing their confidence and skills.
We work primarily in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas, but we also offer online sessions for pupils further afield.

Services
Small Group Support
Six sessions with a small group of Year Six pupils, spread out between February and July. This is targeted support for anxious or more vulnerable pupils, where we address concerns early and build their skills and confidence gradually in a supportive environment.
Whole Class Workshops
A set of two 90-minute workshops for a whole Year Six class, delivered in May or June. We use games, discussions and activities to help all your pupils get ready for the changes coming up and learn some strategies for making friends and staying organised.
Post-Transition Support
For support in secondary schools, we work in partnership with The Lotus Pathway. Their Year Seven programme includes small group and 1:1 work to help students settle in well and build skills and resilience.
